Our domestic helpers come with full training from Indonesia, Philippines, Myanmar and Malaysia. They are trained on domestic chores like vacuuming and mopping of the floor, washing the toilets, laundry and ironing, etc. They are also oriented on household appliances such as vacuum cleaner, washing machines, microwave, oven, etc.

Besides household chores, we also stress on issues such as safety and hygiene, laws and regulations and etiquette and manners.

We do our utmost best to match you with the right candidate. We seek to match in terms of job requirement, salary expectations, character and personality of the person. For instance, if you lead a busy lifestyle and you won't be available to spoon-feed instructions, we will match you with a helper who is capable of making logical and independent decisions. Or if you prefer a child-friendly maid, we will find you someone who adores and gets along with children perfectly. We strive to ensure that your helper will be able to adapt, accommodate and cater to your needs specifically.

Our Support

We provide full support services once employment starts. We recognize and take into consideration our helpers' background. This allows us to understand and better help them get accustomed to life in Singapore and at your home quickly.

We offer counselling and grievance sessions to help them tide over the initiate stage. We also provide extra trainings and lessons to prepare them so that they may perform to the best of their abilities.

We do not hesitate to bridge the communication lapse between employer and employee. We ensure both the employer and the helper a happy employment and provide mediation and counselling should there be any disputes and unhappiness.
