Experiences

4 years 5 months (Aug 2017 – Jan 2022) as a caregiver in Singapore

Nerissa worked in a condo with 3-bedroom, 3-toilets, a living room and kitchen for a Chinese family of 6 with a 7-year-old with rare genetic condition (bedridden), and she looked after her welfare, together with co-helper. Daily, she assisted in household chores. In all these, she managed the work well. For her future employment, she hopes to widen her experience to be a better helper.

(Feb 2022 – present)

Returns home, looks after her family welfare and currently, works as a call center agent in a BPO company in the Philippines.


Cooking

She cooks Filipino dishes, keen to learn to cook Chinese and various other dishes. In Singapore, she prepared and cooked basic Chinese dishes, such as sautéd vegetables, steamed fish and meat, fish/meatball soup etc.



Childcare

She is keen to look after children / infants.



Hand phone

She will follow the employer’s instruction regarding hand phone usage. However, she will contact her family using her own hand phone after work hour.



2 years contract

She is aware of the 2-year contract.



Recommendation

Nerissa is experience and ready to take on new challenge.



Others

1. Sensitive to smoky, dusty environment and strong scents such as strong flowery scent perfume, bleaching liquid.
2. Does not consume mutton, goat meat and half-cooked carrots.
3. She has friends and relatives working as helper and nurse in Singapore.
