She works alongside in some her caregiving duties like checking blook pressure/ oxygen level, preparing medication, change diapers, prevents bed sores by turning her lying down position ( she and another helper does this as the old lady was a big lady) massage her arms and legs or help to stretch her arms, eventually did tube feeding for her, bring her to the doctor etc. She also did the cleaning and laundry and cooking like steamed vegetables with chicken, adobo, beehoon, fried fish, stewed beef, spaghetti bolognese, green salad, steamed fish/egg, chicken soup, curry chicken, steamed tofu with minced pork.

Bethel also preparing dishes, including pork soup, chicken soup, steamed fish, stir-fried noodles, and vegetables. She mainly took care of a 92y old lady who has dementia. She would bathe her, change diapers, give medicine, feeding; she also did the general housework, laundry, ironing and cooking. She also did the cleaning, laundry, ironing and preparing the vegetables and her employer does the cooking. She went home after more than 2 years as the family moved to another country.
