Sept to Jan for a Chinese family of 4 adults living in a 2 storey house with their 2 cats Her duties are cleaning, laundry, ironing, meal planning (daily and with guests) and enjoys cooking. She prepares a variety of dishes like beef steak with asparagus and cherry tomato, baked salmon, pasta bolognese , roasted pork belly roll, baked chicken with cheese, baked lobsters with garlic and butter, mashed potato, green salad with her own dressing recipe, potato salad, she also bakes cookies, chocolate cake, banana cake, cheesecake, milk bread, garlic butter prawns, chicken curry, stir fry dishes. She also managed the housecleaning, laundry, ironing, sweeping the garden and planting herbs and plants, decorating the Christmas tree or the house if there is an occassion, table setting (formal and Chinese style). The family does not need a full time anymore and she can transfer anytime.

Jan to Oct in Dubai for a British family as nanny with a then 3y old living in a serviced apartment. The family relocated to Canada and she also went home.

Aug to Sept for a Chinese/Malaysian with kids then aged y and y living in a condo. Joy would prepare the kids's breakfast, snacks, lunch box, uniforms etc. She also managed the cleaning, laundry, ironing, cooking, grocery shopping and meal planning. Joy would cook braised pork, hokkien mee, satay with peanut sauce, home made sushi, pasta, soup (pork ribs/chicken/fish), beehoon, stirt fry vegetables, steamed fish etc. She was the only helper and was responsible in childcare like bathing the newborn. Joy also did the cleaning, laundry, ironing, cooking. She can make kofta, stuffed tomato with minced pork and potato, cucumber salad, chicken briyani, kebabs etc. She completed her contract and went home.
