Her duties were childcare like bathing, change diapers, feeding milk and solid, playing with her, bringing her to the playground, arranging playdates, reading storybooks and babysitting, She would plan the meals, prepare meals like marinated chicken breast with green salad, baked sweet potato, baked salmon with cherry tomato, pasta bolognese, minced pork with green beans, salad green- spinach and green apples, Mediterreanan salad, chicken curry, , pork ribs barbecue, guacamole, chicken boats, bagels with poached eggs, turkey sandwiches, tacos, pan fry chicken breast with caramelised onions, she can bake cheesecake/banana bread, muffins, carrot cakes, baked macaroni. pan fry salmon with salad, wild rocket salad with cashew & walnuts drizzled vinaigrette, chicken piccata, zucchini pasta, grilled seabass fillet with salad, strawberry merengue, Turkish kofta and also prepares appetizers like melon mosaic, baguettes with parma ham; Asian food like cereal praws, stir fry vegetables and can easily follow recipes. She is completing 4yrs contract and will not be renewing.

Aug to Mar for an Canadian family of Indian descent with a then 4mos old baby living in a condo. She also managed the housework like cleaning, cleaning, laundry, ironing, meal planning and cooking vegetarian meals, Marlene asked to leave as she could not cope with vegetarian meals.

May to Feb for a Mexican family with 2 kids then aged 6y, and 8y living in a condo. She would cook meals like tacos, guacamole, Mexican tray baked chicken, mango chicken, pork ragu with fettuccine, pesto pasta with home made pesto sauce, pork casserole, laksa, stir fry vegetables. The family relocated after almost 4yrs.

July to May for a Swedish/Chinese family with their newborn living in an HDB with their dog. There is an old lady who helps in taking care of the baby so Marlene just assisted her in bathing the baby, preparing her milk, change nappies; preparing meals and doing the general housework like cleaning, laundry, ironing and cooking.

April to Apr for a Chinese family with a 3y old then living in a condo, they got a dog after she worked for a year. etc. She would cook meals, do the cleaning, laundry, ironing, meal planning and cooking. Marlene would prepare 3-4 dishes dinner like steamed fish, stir fry vegetables, steamed pork ribs, steamed tofu minced pork, chicken rice, soup- bakuteh, spinachs soup, ABC with corn etc. Marlene has completed her contract and went home for a few months.

Oct to Oct for a Chinese family with 2 kids then aged 1y and 3y old living in a condo. Her employers would bring them to gradma's house and her duties were to bathe the kids, change nappies, play with the kids etc. The grandma was the one to cook and she helps to assist the grandma in preparing or washing up. She does the cleaning, laundry, ironing etc. She completed her contract and went home.
