This was her second time assisting the same family. Her responsibilities included assisting with daily routines, cooking, marketing, grocery shopping, and general housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, ironing, and dishwashing. Cecelia prepared a variety of Chinese dishes, including steamed fish, steamed eggs, tofu, lotus soup, congee, and steamed chicken tailored to the family’s preferences.

Between Jan 2012 and Feb 2014, Cecelia served an Australian family in a four-bedroom condominium. Alongside childcare, she managed household chores, including cleaning, laundry, and ironing. Cecelia also prepare Western dishes like baked chicken, baked salmon, pasta bolognese, soups, roasted chicken and green salads. She was also tasks at following recipes sent by her employers. The family relocated after a year and she went home too to start a family. While, childcare was not really on her responsibility, she manages the household which included house cleaning, laundry, ironing, grocery shopping, marketting, and meal planning. Also feeding the dog. She cooked various Western dishes such as vegetable salads, baked chicken with rosemary, baked potatoes, pasta, pancakes and fried chicken. She completed her contract. She accompanied him to medical appointments, assisted with his daily activities, and handled grocery shopping and meal preparation. In addition to her caregiving duties, Cecelia managed general housekeeping tasks and prepared traditional Chinese dishes like steamed fish, steamed tofu, and fried chicken, adobo, paksiw, sinigang, spring rolls, pancit beejon, grilled fish, fried rice, and beef stew. She remains open to learning and adapting to meet the unique needs of her employers. Her ability to follow recipes ensured she could meet the family’s dietary preferences.
