Employment History:

July 2024 - Present , Jean works for a Chinese family in a 3 bedroom condominium with 2 adults and a 9y old. She would assists in childcare duties occasionally as the employer's wife primarily takes care of their child. Her duties include cleaning the house, doing laundry, ironing, washing dishes, grocery shopping, marketing, cooking including car washing. Jean would cook melas like beefsteak, shrimp, chicken soup, salmon, stir fry noodles or vegetablecabbage/okra, steamed fish, . She is leaving as she is unable to travel with the employers. Also part of her responsibilities included house cleaning, laundry, ironing, grocery shopping, car washing, gardening, also cooking, She can cook Indian food like dhansak, dal. dhan dar, moong dal, black dal,. chicken curry, chicken/mutton briyani, paratha, chapatti, gobi aloo, palak paneer, stir fry okra with aloo, chole, paneer, dosa. Her employment ended upon contract completion. along with 2 other helpers whom she shared room with. She also did the cooking and housework for the family, She finished her contract.

Additionally, Jean cooks Indian dishes like dhansak dal, chicken curry, prawn patia, parata, sabjee, curry and various vegetable dishes. Jean also prepared Western dishes such as steak, baked salmon, buttered shrimp, baked potato, pancakes, stir-fried vegetables, stew and Chinese dishes like noodles, congee, lotus soup, abc soup, steamed dishes and such other dishes they may like. Also, Jean still cooks Filipino dishes like pochero, pancit beejon, spring roll, abodo, sinigang, estodado and more.

Mar 2008 to May 2008 for a Chinese family of 4 adutls living in a 2 storey house. Her duties were cleaning and cooking but she left after a few months as there is not enough food for her.
