Experiences

3 years 1 month (Apr 2011 – May 2014) as a helper in Syria

Rea worked in a flat with 2-bedrooms, 2-toilets, a living room and kitchen for a Syrian family of 5 with a 12-, 14- and 16-year-old, and she looked after their welfare, together with a co-helper. Daily, she cleans and tidy the house, prepare and cook for the children, laundry, ironing and folding.

Returned home, spent time with her family and applied to work in Lebanon.

4 years 4 months (Nov 2014 – Mar 2019) as a helper in Lebanon

Rea worked in a flat with 3-bedrooms, 4-toilets, 2-living room, a garage, garden and kitchen for a Lebanese family of 4. Daily, she cleans and tidy the house, marketing, prepare and cook for the family, laundry, ironing and folding, tend to garden and plant watering.

(Mar 2019 – Apr 2019)

Returned home for vacation.

5 years 9 months (Apr 2019 – Jan 2025) as a helper in Lebanon

Rea returned to her previous employment with same routine. In all these, she learned to manage her work well. For her future employment, she hopes to learn and adapt to new culture and experiences.

(Feb 2025 – present)

Returns home, looks after her family welfare and seek new job opportunities.


Cooking

She cooks Filipino dishes, keen to learn to cook Chinese and various other dishes. In Lebanon, she prepared and cooked basic Lebanese dishes.


Childcare

She is keen to look after children/ infants, and she looks after her own since birth. In Syria, she prepared their meals, dressed and get them ready for school, attended to and assisted in their needs.


Elderly Care

She is keen to look after the elderly.


Pet Care

She is keen to look after pets.


Hand phone

She will follow the employer’s instruction regarding hand phone usage. However, she will contact her family using her own hand phone after work hour.


2 years contract

She is aware of the 2-year contract.
