Nov 2016 to Sep 2022 (5yrs & 10mo): Marilou was working in Taiwanese family of 1 adult and 1 elderly aged of 65yo in Taiwan. The family stayed in alanded house with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Marilou was the only housemaid. She was solely responsible for caring for Ah Ma. Her duties included, butwere not limited to changing diapers, assisting with showers and changing clothes, preparing medication, feeding, and accompanying Ah Ma to the hospitaltwice a week for dialysis due to kidney failure. In addition, she also managed all the household chores like washing, cleaning, laundry, ironing and cooking forAh Ma.
Mar 2023 to Feb 2024 (11motnhs) Singapore: Marilou was working in Singapore for a family of 3 adults and 3 children aged 3yo (girl), 9yo (boy) and13yo(boy). The family stayed in 4-storey house with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Marilou was the only housemaid. She was solely responsible for caring forthe 3 children. She shared a room with the 3yo girl and handled night feedings. Her childcare duties included showering, changing diapers and clothes,preparing milk, and sending the child to kindergarten by bicycle. In addition to childcare, Marilou was responsible for all household chores such as washing,cleaning, laundry, ironing, car washing, gardening and cooking. She is able to cook simple Chinese dishes, including steamed fish, fried shrimp, chicken soup,and more. However, she was unable to complete her contract due to the heavy workload.
Marilou looks forward to work in Singapore to earn money to support her family. She hopes to have 2 rest day per month to recharge.
