Jan to present. Singapore. She shared a room with the two younger daughters. She was also in charge of meal preparation and menu planning, ensuring that each meal included two meat or fish dishes, a vegetable dish, and soup. Rucelle cooked a variety of cuisines, including Chinese, Western, and Filipino dishes. Her Filipino specialties included adobo, pancit bihon, spring rolls, and fried rice. For Western meals, she prepared dishes such as buttered fried fish, steak, pasta, fries, and onion rings. Chinese recipes included mapo tofu, braised pork, porridge, steamed fish and vegetables, non-man, laksa to name a few. Soup varies to lotus root soup, abc soup, apple soup, or chicken and more. She was provided with a cookbook to assist in preparing meals according to the family’s preferences. Rucelle requested a transfer due to the household lifestyle being incompatible with her well-being.

Jan - Jan . Qatar. The family was expecting a newborn when she joined. Her responsibilities included caring for the children, supporting the elderly, and managing general household duties such as cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, and ironing. While a full-time Indian cook was employed, she manage to learn how to prepare dishes, including biryani, mutton curry, and hummus. In terms of elderly care, she assisted with their laundry, cleaned their rooms, and ensured their daily essentials were prepared. Although both elderly individuals remained mobile, she provided them with consistent support. For childcare, including infant care, she handled feeding schedules, diaper and clothing changes, bathing, and putting the baby to sleep. She successfully completed her contract with the family.
