Maid Introduction
Yolanda completed her secondary education at Northern Abra National High School in 2008. After high school, she chose a path of hard work and sacrifice—not just for herself, but for the family she deeply cherishes. Driven by love and the desire to create a better future, she made the brave decision to work abroad.
In 2015, Yolanda took her first job overseas in Kuwait, serving a Kuwaiti family in a large four-storey home. She lived and worked on the second floor, caring for a couple and their two young children, including a newborn. It was in this home where Yolanda truly discovered her natural ability to nurture and care for children, while also managing the many household duties expected of her—cleaning, laundry, and ironing.
After completing her contract in Kuwait, Yolanda moved to Qatar in 2018, where she was employed by a Jordanian family in a spacious three-storey home. There, she looked after an elderly couple, aged 73 and 65, both of whom were still mobile. Her days were spent cleaning, doing laundry, ironing clothes, and assisting her employer in the kitchen. Most importantly, she provided daily assistance to the elderly couple—helping them move around, attend to personal needs, and maintain their routines with care and patience. Sharing household responsibilities with two other helpers in a five-room landed property, Yolanda played a supportive role in daily chores and child-related tasks. However, this job was short-lived, and within a month, she transferred to a Korean family living in a condominium. There, she was responsible for cleaning, laundry, ironing, and occasionally preparing vegetarian meals when requested. Her time with the family ended unexpectedly when they had to return to Korea due to a family emergency.
Now, with her son growing older and the family’s needs continuing to grow, Yolanda has once again decided to pursue work abroad.
With years of hands-on experience caring for children, assisting the elderly, and managing every corner of a household, Yolanda is confident in her skills. She is patient, trustworthy, and adaptable. She cooks Filipino dishes with pride and has also learned to prepare simple Chinese, Arab, and Korean vegetarian meals. Always open to learning, Yolanda is eager to expand her skills and embrace new cultures. She is available for interviews by phone upon request.

FOR EMPLOYERS
1) Copy of NRIC or Passport
2) Copy of Spouse NRIC or Passport (Divorce paper )
3) Copy of NRIC or Passport of adult living in the employers residence
4) Copy of the birth certificate of the children living with the employer
5) Latest IRAS in come assessment ( Must be S$30,000 and above ) or sign declaration for MOM to check IRAS or Company letter declaring the monthly income , starting date , complete name , passport number /FIN no: and signed by a person I the company indicating the position and using the company letter head.
6) Copy of certificate of employers orientation for 1st time employers go to ( Website: http://www.sp.edu.sg ) ( Need credit card )
7) Employer to fill up information sheet ( details of residence and work information of employer and spouse ) and signed the service agreement with the agency.
8) FOR SPONSORSHIP APPLICATION Sponsorship Application can only be made if the employer has no enough required income and other adult family member in the same residence has no enough income. A sponsor must be blood related or by marriage to sponsor an FDW employer. ( Design only for Elderly employer not living with children )

- Employer to sign security bond form and fill up and signed Insurance form ( Form with Agency )
FOR HOME LEAVE & PASSPORT RENEWAL :
- Copy of existing valid Insurance by FDW
- Copy of employers NRIC or Passport and Employments pass
- Employer Sign Phil Embassy standard contract and S$2,000 performance bond form ( Form with the Agency )
- FDW to fill up OFW information sheet and Phil health ( Forms wit the Agency )
- FDW To fill up passport application form and to provide 3 passport size latest photo wit collar shirt minimum ( For passport renewal only ) ( Forms wit the Agency )
- FDW To provide or buy from the Agency return air ticket copy ( For home leave only )
MISCELLANEOUS PROCESSING :
Changes in residential address Employer to fill up form signed and copy of NRIC new address or copy of tenancy agreement for non PR and Citizen
Cancellation of work permit Employer to signed cancellation form ( Form wit Agency ) and hand over original work permit card and copy of Air ticket. Exit pass to fax / email to employer or hand over to employer.
