On weekdays, she was assigned to clean her employer's bungalow with 4 bedrooms, where she worked together with 2 other helpers to maintain the household. Her duties included general housework such as cleaning, washing, laundry, and ironing, as well as assisting with cooking. She is able to prepare both Chinese and Western dishes. She successfully completed her contract, but her employment ended when her employer relocated to Australia.

2016 to 2019 (3yrs) Tianjin, China: Rochelle worked for a Chinese family of 4, with 2 children aged 3yo(boy) and 6yo(girl). They lived in a 4-storey house with5 bedrooms, and Rochelle was the only helper in the household. Her main responsibilities included childcare, such as playing with the children, reading them storybooks, tutoring, preparing their uniforms and school bags, and packing their lunch boxes. She ensured the children were engaged, supported in their learning, and well cared for in their daily routines. In addition to childcare, Rochelle handled all general household chores, including cleaning, washing, ironing, laundry, and cooking. She is skilled in preparing both simple Chinese dishes and Western food such as pasta and pizza. She successfully completed her contract, but her employment ended during the pandemic and the employer relocated to the USA.

2019 to 2021 (2yrs) Shandong, China: Rochelle worked for a Chinese family of 4, caring for a 2yo girl. After 1 year and 6 months with the family, a baby boy was born, and she took on full responsibility for both children. They lived in a 3-bedroom condominium, and Rochelle was the only helper in the household. Her childcare duties included playing with the elder daughter, reading storybooks, tutoring her, showering, changing diapers, and tying her hair. When the baby boy was born, she also managed infant care, including preparing milk and feeding, changing diapers and clothes, and showering him. She ensured both children were safe, clean, and well cared for in their daily routines. Alongside childcare, Rochelle was responsible for all general household chores such as cleaning, washing, ironing, laundry, and cooking.

2021 to 2024 (3yrs) Bei Jing, China: Rochelle worked for a Chinese family of 4, with 2 children aged 4yo(boy) and 7yo(girl). They lived in a 4-bedroom condominium, and Rochelle was the only helper in the household. Her main duties included childcare, such as tutoring the children, sending them to the bus station for school, preparing their uniforms and school bags, and reading storybooks with them. She ensured the children were well-prepared for school, engaged in learning, and supported in their daily routines. In addition to childcare, Rochelle managed all general household chores such as cleaning, washing, ironing, laundry, and cooking. She successfully completed her contract, but her employment ended when her own children, who had been missing her deeply, asked her to return home for their graduation. Rochelle had not been home since she started working in China, and she wished to reunite with her family.
