Celeste P. Belisario is a 48-year-old Filipino domestic helper with 13 years of experience working in Singaporean households. She knows childcare and housekeeping duties. Dec 2016 to Present 2025. For a British family with 2 children then aged 6 and 4 years, in a 5 bedroom condominium. She makes breakfast, and lunchboxes in the morning for the children and assisted them in preparing their daily hygiene routine and school essentials. Along with childcare her responsibilities included cleaning the house, laundry, ironing, grocery shopping marketing and cooking. Her cooking mostly includes pasta, fried rice, adobo rice, lasagna, steamed vegetables, pasta, chicken soup, grilled chicken, ramen noodles soup, adobo, and baked treats.

Jul 2015 to Dec 2016. Her duties included childcare, sending the eldest to school, making lunchboxes, supervising and caring for the youngest, monitoring her equipment for cochlear implant, takes her to therapy sessions and also conducts therapy at home. The general housework was also part of her tasks such as cleaning, laundry, ironing including cooking. The family relocated and she was transferred.

Aug 2013 to Aug 2015. Her responsibilities included general housekeeping such as cleaning, laundry, ironing, and grocery shopping. She also provided pet care for a labrador dog and attended to household plants, including money plants and palms. In addition, she prepared a variety of meals, such as pasta, pizza, curry chicken, and assorted vegetable dishes. The family no longer required full-time assistance, and she completed her contract.

Mar 2013 to Aug 2013. For a Chinese family in a 4 bedroom 2 storey, where she cared for a 3 month old baby but was later release as they no longer need additional helper.

May 2012 to Mar 2013. For a Chinese family with 2 children (aged 2 years and 3 months) in an HDB, 3 bedrooms flat. Her responsibilities included cleaning the house, laundry, ironing, and grocery shopping. Provided infant care including feeding, bathing, and sleep routines along with childcare supervision. Cooked dishes such as fish soup, steamed fish, stir-fry vegetables, curry chicken, and adobo. Maintained household cleanliness and organization throughout employment period. She was eventually release as they can no longer afford to keep a helper.

Celeste can plan the menu, makes roasted chicken with mashed potato or buttered corn, pasta pesto, bolognese, carbonara, vegetable salad, beef stew, chicken curry, steamed fish, stir fry vegetable. She also bakes cookies, muffins, cake and can follow recipe books and willing to learn other dishes.
