Feb 2018 to Feb 2022 (4yrs) Philippines: Jennifer worked for a Chinese family of 5, consisting of a 76yo elderly woman, a 6yo boy, and a newborn baby girl. She was the only helper in a 3-storey house with 3 bedrooms. Her responsibilities included infant care, such as changing diapers, showering, changing clothes, and preparing milk and feeding. In addition, she provided elderly care, assisting the elderly woman during showering and accompanying her to the market. Jennifer managed all general household chores, including cleaning, washing, ironing, laundry, marketing, gardening, car washing, and cooking mainly Filipino food. She successfully completed her contract, which ended when the employer relocated back to China.
Jun 2023 to Dec 2023 (5mths) Philippines: Jennifer worked for a Filipino family of 3, caring for a 2yo girl. She was the only helper in a 2-bedroom apartment. Her main responsibilities focused on infant and childcare, including changing diapers, showering, changing clothes, and preparing milk and feeding the child. In addition, she handled general household duties such as cleaning, washing, ironing, laundry, marketing, and cooking Filipino food. Her employment ended when she decided to apply for overseas employment.
