Feb 2026 to Oct 2026 for a Brazilian family with two children aged 8y and 10y living in a condo. She has learned to make meals like rice and beans, fried farofa w/ nuts, baked quinoa with pumpkin, air fryer roasted flank beef, onion beef steak (bife acebolado), chicken peas in a ninja foodi, lentils and baked meduim rare salmon, mashed tapioca with minced beef and cheese, roasted chicken and meat balls; breakfst crepes, granola with honey and yogurt, muffins, prepare snacks like fruits likes, dates with cheese, sandwiches. Gloria also managed to do the cleaning, laundry, ironing, making the grocery list for her employer to order. The family will be relocating by October and she can transfer by mid Oct.

Oct 2022 to Jan 2026 - Singapore & Malaysia (4 years)
Gloria worked for a Swedish-Filipino family, joining them when their son was just one month old. She also prepared the child’s daily lunchbox, including favorites such as pasta, fries, and sandwiches. Gloria also handled daily cooking for the family, preparing dishes such as pesto and bolognese pasta, lasagna, sinigang, chicken soup (tinola), stir-fried noodles, beef steak, baked salmon, baked chicken breast, spring rolls, adobo, meatballs, and chicken curry. The family will no longer require her services and so she is looking for a new employer.
