Roselle's primary responsibilities focused on childcare, including preparing the children's lunches, packing their school bags and uniforms, and tutoring them with school homework. She also handled general household duties such as cleaning, washing, ironing, laundry, and light cooking. The main cooking was shared with the other helper, who prepared meals once a week. Roselle successfully completed her contract, which ended when the employer relocated to Hong Kong.
