Maid Introduction
Anna-Lyn completed her secondary education at Bani National High School and further enhanced her caregiving skills by completing a Caregiving Course in 2017.
Her domestic work experiences in SINGAPORE, as follows:
1. Dec 2014 – Sep 2015
Worked for a Chinese family in a 5-room HDB, serving a couple and 3 children aged 19, 17, and 2. She handled general household chores and childcare.
2. Sep 2015 – Aug 2017
Transferred to another Chinese household living in a 4-bedroom HDB. She cared for a 78-year-old diabetic woman with poor vision and assisted a 19-year-old. She also managed all household responsibilities.
3. Aug 2017 – Mar 2018
Employed by a Chinese female adult with an 8-year-old child in a 3-bedroom, 3-storey house, where she performed all-around domestic duties.
4. Mar 2018 – June 2018
Served an Indian family in a 3-bedroom HDB composed of a couple, a 60-year-old mobile male elder, and a 2-year-old child. She focused on childcare and maintaining the household.
5. July 2–4, 2018
Worked briefly for a Chinese family in a 5-room HDB consisting of four adults and an elderly couple, aged 60 and 62, with the female bedridden. She assisted in elder care while also doing household chores.
6. Mar 2019 – Mar 2023
Served a Chinese-Singaporean family in a 4-bedroom HDB with a couple and two children aged 5 and a 3-month-old baby. She handled full household duties, including cooking and childcare.
7. Mar 2023 – Oct 2025
Worked for a Chinese-American family with a newborn child in a 3-bedroom condominium. Her primary focus was newborn care alongside daily household tasks.
She is skilled in cooking Filipino, Chinese, and Indian dishes and can follow recipe books well. She remains enthusiastic and open to learning additional cuisines.
Her broad experience has strengthened her abilities in general housekeeping, including cleaning, laundry, ironing, and home organization. She is also willing to perform gardening, pet care, and car washing when required.
She is also keen to look after elderly person if given the opportunity.
At present, Anna-Lyn keeps herself active by managing her household, gardening, and farming while awaiting her next opportunity to work abroad to support her family’s future. FOR EMPLOYERS
1) Copy of NRIC or Passport
2) Copy of Spouse NRIC or Passport (Divorce paper )
3) Copy of NRIC or Passport of adult living in the employers residence
4) Copy of the birth certificate of the children living with the employer
5) Latest IRAS in come assessment ( Must be S$30,000 and above ) or sign declaration for MOM to check IRAS or Company letter declaring the monthly income , starting date , complete name , passport number /FIN no: and signed by a person I the company indicating the position and using the company letter head.
6) Copy of certificate of employers orientation for 1st time employers go to ( Website: http://www.sp.edu.sg ) ( Need credit card )
7) Employer to fill up information sheet ( details of residence and work information of employer and spouse ) and signed the service agreement with the agency.
8) FOR SPONSORSHIP APPLICATION Sponsorship Application can only be made if the employer has no enough required income and other adult family member in the same residence has no enough income. A sponsor must be blood related or by marriage to sponsor an FDW employer. ( Design only for Elderly employer not living with children )

FOR HOME LEAVE & PASSPORT RENEWAL :
- Copy of existing valid Insurance by FDW
- Copy of employers NRIC or Passport and Employments pass
- Employer Sign Phil Embassy standard contract and S$2,000 performance bond form ( Form with the Agency )
- FDW to fill up OFW information sheet and Phil health ( Forms wit the Agency )
- FDW To fill up passport application form and to provide 3 passport size latest photo wit collar shirt minimum ( For passport renewal only ) ( Forms wit the Agency )
- FDW To provide or buy from the Agency return air ticket copy ( For home leave only )
MISCELLANEOUS PROCESSING :
Changes in residential address Employer to fill up form signed and copy of NRIC new address or copy of tenancy agreement for non PR and Citizen
Cancellation of work permit Employer to signed cancellation form ( Form wit Agency ) and hand over original work permit card and copy of Air ticket. Exit pass to fax / email to employer or hand over to employer.
