Maid Introduction
She completed her secondary education at Cogon National High School in 2011 and also undertook basic cooking training.
Novelyn has extensive domestic work experience both abroad and in the Philippines.
UAE (March 2019 to January 2021), she worked for an Arab family living in a six-bedroom bungalow. The household consisted of three adults and an elderly couple aged 80 and 60, with two maids employed. She worked as an all-around housemaid responsible for general household chores and assisted the other maid in cooking. During this employment, she learned to prepare simple Arab dishes and adapted well to a large household environment.
PHILIPPINES (April 2021 to January 2023), she was employed by a Filipino elderly couple aged 72 and 70, living in a bungalow house. With three maids in the household, Novelyn’s main responsibility was to attend to the daily needs of the male elderly, including close monitoring of his medication and general well-being. This role strengthened her skills in elderly care and attentiveness. The household included a couple, an elderly couple in their 80s, and two young adults aged 20 and 16. She was responsible for managing daily household chores such as cleaning, laundry, ironing, occasional marketing, cooking, and car washing. She also provided dedicated care to a special-needs, bedridden male elderly and assisted with the needs of the female elderly.
Novelyn is confident and competent in performing all general household duties, including maintaining cleanliness, laundry and ironing, dishwashing, and cooking. She is also capable of childcare, with experience caring for her two-year-old niece, handling tasks such as feeding, bathing, preparing school items, and engaging in play.
She can prepare a wide variety of Filipino dishes such as adobo, kare-kare, menudo, sinigang, and pinakbet. In addition, she learned to cook simple Arab dishes like kabsa, biryani rice, saluna, and salata during her employment in the UAE, as well as basic Chinese dishes. She is enthusiastic and willing to learn more, particularly other foreign cuisines.
Novelyn is also willing to take on additional responsibilities such as pet care, basic gardening, and car washing. She is available for phone interviews upon request.

FOR EMPLOYERS
1) Copy of NRIC or Passport
2) Copy of Spouse NRIC or Passport (Divorce paper )
3) Copy of NRIC or Passport of adult living in the employers residence
4) Copy of the birth certificate of the children living with the employer
5) Latest IRAS in come assessment ( Must be S$30,000 and above ) or sign declaration for MOM to check IRAS or Company letter declaring the monthly income , starting date , complete name , passport number /FIN no: and signed by a person I the company indicating the position and using the company letter head.
6) Copy of certificate of employers orientation for 1st time employers go to ( Website: http://www.sp.edu.sg ) ( Need credit card )
7) Employer to fill up information sheet ( details of residence and work information of employer and spouse ) and signed the service agreement with the agency.
8) FOR SPONSORSHIP APPLICATION Sponsorship Application can only be made if the employer has no enough required income and other adult family member in the same residence has no enough income. A sponsor must be blood related or by marriage to sponsor an FDW employer. ( Design only for Elderly employer not living with children )

FOR HOME LEAVE & PASSPORT RENEWAL :
- Copy of existing valid Insurance by FDW
- Copy of employers NRIC or Passport and Employments pass
- Employer Sign Phil Embassy standard contract and S$2,000 performance bond form ( Form with the Agency )
- FDW to fill up OFW information sheet and Phil health ( Forms wit the Agency )
- FDW To fill up passport application form and to provide 3 passport size latest photo wit collar shirt minimum ( For passport renewal only ) ( Forms wit the Agency )
