In addition to childcare, Elsie managed the cleaning of the entire apartment. She performed thorough housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, laundry, ironing, and organizing household items.
Elsie is also able to cook simple Chinese dishes, preparing meals that catered to the family’s taste. She followed instructions, ensured proper seasoning, and maintained cleanliness in the kitchen while cooking.
