She is a high school graduate and is able to speak, understand, and communicate in English. She is familiar with daily childcare routines such as feeding, bathing, changing diapers, and ensuring a safe and clean environment for her child. Jaysa is hardworking, eager to learn, and committed to providing the best care and support to the family she works with. The family lived in a spacious three-story house with 5 rooms and 5 toilets. Jaysa worked alongside two other helpers, and they shared the household responsibilities to ensure the home was well-maintained and organised.

Her main duties included general cleaning, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and maintaining the cleanliness of all rooms and common areas. She was also responsible for laundry, including washing clothes, drying, folding, and ironing. She also helped in the kitchen by preparing and cooking meals for the family, following their preferred dishes and maintaining cleanliness in the cooking area.

Through this experience, Jaysa gained strong skills in housekeeping, time management, teamwork with co-helpers, and childcare support, making her reliable and efficient in handling both household chores and children’s needs.
