Experiences

2 years 11 months (Apr 2014 – Mar 2017) as a helper in Singapore    

Mary Joy worked in a HDB flat with 3-bedrooms, 2-toilets, a living room and kitchen for a family of 3 with a 7-year-old, and she looked after his welfare. Daily, she does general house cleaning chores, prepare and cook for the child, laundry, ironing and folding.

(Apr 2017 – Jan 2019)

Returned home, spent time with her family and applied to work in Bahrain.  

5 years 4 months (Feb 2019 – Jun 2024) as a helper in Bahrain    

Mary Joy worked in an apartment with 2-bedrooms, 2-toilets, a living room and kitchen for a family of 4 with a 3-year-old, and she looked after the child’s welfare. Daily, she does general house cleaning chores, prepare and cook for the children, laundry, ironing and folding. In all these, she managed the work well. For her future employment, she hopes to widen her experience to be a better helper.  

(Jul 2024 – present)

Returns home, spend time with her family and seek new opportunities.  

Cooking                           

She cooks Filipino dishes, keen to learn to cook Chinese and various other dishes.  
    

Childcare        

She is keen to look after children. In her previous experience, she prepared their meals, dressed and get them ready for school, attended to and assisted in their needs.    

Pet Care

She is keen to look after pets.  

Hand phone

She will follow the employer’s instruction regarding hand phone usage. However, she will contact her family using her own hand phone after work hour.

2 years contract

She is aware of the 2-year contract.
