Catherine would would prepare breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner like kimbap on parilla leaves or nori. homemade kimchi, tteokbokki, grilled saba fish, steamed fish, mapo tofu, nasi lemak, steamed or roasted chicken rice, claypot rice etc. The family has relocated soon after and she transferred.

July 2022 to Oct 2022 She worked in Singapore for a Chinese-British elderly couple in storey landed house with their three parrots. Her main duties included cooking, elderly care, cleaning, grocery shopping, pet care, disabled care, gardening. After a couple of months, the old man was transferred to a Nursing Home and the old lady will join their adult daughter in a condo.

June 2020 to July 2022 - She worked in Singapore for a Chinese family of 2 adults and 1 newborn child in a condo. Her main duties were cleaning, cooking, grocery shopping, newborn care. She would bathe the baby, change diapers, feeding milk, playing with the baby and managing the general housework. Catherine completed the contract and transferred to another family.

Oct 2019 to June 2020 - She worked in Singapore for a Chinese family of 6 adults and 3 children aged 18 months, 4, and 6 in an HDB with their small dog. Her main duties included cleaning, cooking, grocery shopping, childcare. She left because she could not fit in with the employer family.
