She completed her secondary education at Rosalio Eduarte National High School in 2000.

Before working as a domestic helper, Zenaida gained two years of experience as a canteen helper. This experience helped her develop good working habits, discipline, cleanliness, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.

She has extensive experience as a domestic helper in both the Philippines and Singapore, including more than 12 years of continuous experience with one Chinese family in Singapore. Her employment history is as follows:

1. PHILIPPINES (2005–2006)
Zenaida worked for a Filipino family living in a two-storey, four-bedroom house. The household consisted of a couple, aged 60 and 50. She worked as an all-around domestic helper responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the house, doing laundry and ironing, preparing meals, and assisting in the care of the 60-year-old male family member who was bedridden. She served the family for one year.

2. PHILIPPINES (2007–2009)
She then worked for another Filipino family living in a two-bedroom bungalow with a couple and two children, aged 8 and 2. As an all-around helper, she was responsible for general household cleaning, laundry and ironing, cooking, and attending to the daily needs of the children. She served the family for two years.

3. SINGAPORE (March 2010–February 2022)
Zenaida was selected by a Chinese family living in a three-bedroom flat consisting of a couple, a 70-year-old male elderly member, and three children aged 15, 12, and 7. She worked as an all-around domestic helper and was responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the household, laundry and ironing, cooking, caring for the children, and assisting the elderly member. She also accompanied him to his dialysis appointments and attended to his needs. She successfully completed her contracts and served the family for 12 years, demonstrating her reliability, patience, adaptability, and ability to maintain long-term employment.

4. SINGAPORE (November 2023–Present)
She is currently working for a Chinese family living in an HDB maisonette with three elderly family members aged 79, 66, and 65. She performs general household duties, prepares meals, manages household chores, and runs errands as instructed by her employer.  

With her extensive experience as a domestic helper, Zenaida is well-versed in performing general household duties. She is capable of maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the home, doing laundry and ironing, marketing and grocery shopping, washing dishes, cooking, and carrying out other household errands. Her long-term experience in Singapore has also helped her become familiar with the expectations and routines of Singaporean households.

Zenaida is also willing to care for elderly family members. Having previously assisted a bedridden elderly person and accompanied an elderly family member to dialysis, she understands the importance of patience, attentiveness, and responsible care. She is open to further training in providing direct elderly care and in assisting with their daily needs according to the employer's instructions.

In cooking, she can prepare a variety of Filipino dishes as well as simple Chinese dishes such as steamed fish, stir-fried vegetables, chicken curry, old cucumber soup, ABC soup, and other home-style meals. She is able to follow recipes and cooking instructions and is enthusiastic about learning more dishes, including other foreign cuisines according to her employer's preferences.

Overall, Zenaida is an experienced and adaptable domestic helper with extensive Singapore employment experience. Her long-term service with the same Chinese family, combined with her experience in household management, childcare, elderly care, cooking, and general domestic duties, reflects her ability to adjust to different household requirements. She is willing to learn, follows instructions, and is prepared to work responsibly to meet the needs and expectations of her prospective employer.
