My name is Rachana, and I have two years of working experience in Hong Kong. I am currently back in India and wish to come to Singapore for work. I can speak Hindi, Nepali, Bengali and simple English, and I can read and write in my native language. I am confident in preparing both South and North Indian dishes and am willing to learn new recipes through YouTube or follow my employer’s instructions and preferred cooking style. Having worked overseas before, I can adapt to different environments and household routines. I come from a big family and have many financial responsibilities, which motivate me to work hard and contribute towards my family’s needs. Having lost my father at a young age, I learned to become independent and responsible from an early age. I also have childcare experience from looking after my sisters’ children and consider myself a cheerful, caring and patient person who enjoys caring for children. I am also willing to help look after elderly or sick family members whenever needed. I hope to join a warm and welcoming family where I can work sincerely, learn new skills and fulfil my responsibilities with dedication.
