Over the weekends, the children would have a sleepover with their friends at their house. She would attend to their needs, cook for them, and supervise. Or the parents would invite their friends to have dinner, and she would cook for them and serve them. The family left for good, and she also went back to the Philippines. She is still in contact with the family. If reference is required, they are happy to provide.

She finished her contract. Her employer had given her a reference letter saying: MS. FLORAME HAS WORKED FOR ME IN THE CAPACITY OF DOMESTIC HELPER FROM SEP 2013 TO SEP 2017. SHE HAS BEEN A GREAT HELP TO ME AND MY FAMILY, PARTICULARLY WITH THE COOKING, CLEANING AND LOOKING AFTER CHILDREN. SHE IS VERY EXPERIENCED AND HAS THE CAPABILITY TO MANAGE HOUSEHOLD WORK INDEPENDENTLY WITHOUT NEEDING TO BE TOLD WHAT TO DO. SHE IS MATURE AND PERSONABLE, EASY TO GET ON WITH IN THE HOME, AND VERY RESPONSIBLE. SHE IS ALSO A VERY GOOD COOK. I VERY MUCH APPRECIATE FLOR\S DEDICATION AND HARD WORK OVER THE PAST FOUR YEARS AND BELIEVE SHE CAN MAKE A SIGNIFICANT CONTRIBUTION TO ANY HOUSEHOLD. IT IS MY PLEASURE TO RECOMMEND HER WITHOUT HESITATION."
FROM MAR 2013 TO SEP 2013- She was working for a Malay-Singaporean married to a Scottish in a condo. She was looking after a 6-year-old son. And also she looked after 2 cats. She does all the household chores, laundry, marketing, and cooking. The family moved to Australia.

She also looked after the dog. She does all the household chores. She worked with another helper. She requested to transfer as she can\t get along with another helper.
FROM JUN 2009 TO JUL 2012- She was working for an American family. She was working in a 3-storey house. She was minding 3 children, ages 5, 10, and 15 years old. She also minds a cat and a dog. Her employer left Singapore and gave her a reference letter stating, "Florame has a very pleasant and positive demeanor. We\re a family of 5: three children 5,10,15 when she started with us. We also have a dog, a cat, 2 hamsters, and we also have an aquarium. We lived in a 6600 square foot home that was three stories high. She was in charge of household chores, including the tremendous amount of laundry and childcare when I was not around. There was always something to do at our house. She never complained about the workload. We were a football team house for 2 years, which means 25 teenagers came to our home for dinner once a week. Although there was help from other moms, she could just do the dinner up and get things ready. Her work ethic is admirable. What a special about Florame is that she has initiative. She would call the gardener if there was an issue with the yard or call the grocer if we were in need of something. She would mend clothes, sew on buttons, and fix things around the house without direction, but at the same time, she never crossed her employee-employer boundary. She was always respectful and courteous. We also did not secure our money or valuables, and nothing ever went missing. There were times when my husband and I would leave our children in her care while we were out of the country. She handled every task with intelligence and common sense. We lived in Singapore for 11 years, and we did have a couple of maids, so we are very experienced with the challenges of having a maid. We never had any issues with Flor that plague so many other employers. We loved Flor like she was family. We tried to take her back to the USA, but her visa, unfortunately, was denied. Any family that employs Flor will not be disappointed. Lastly, she is open to criticism and feedback. Unlike many maids, she will ask for clarification if she doesn\t understand the task. The chance for miscommunication is greatly diminished. I highly recommend Flor."
Employers are happy to recommend Florame to any employer who wants someone who is an independent and responsible worker.
