New maid
Jeniva is 33 years old, a dedicated and responsible mother of three children aged 10, 6, and 3 years old. She comes from the province of Ilocos Norte, Philippines, where she was raised with strong family values and a hardworking attitude. She is a high school graduate and is able to speak and understand English, allowing her to communicate effectively and follow instructions well. As a mother, she is patient, caring, and attentive to children’s needs, especially in childcare and daily routines. She is accustomed to managing household responsibilities while taking care of young children, making her reliable and well-organised. Jeniva is willing to learn, flexible, and committed to providing quality service and support to her employer and family.
From 2008 to 2010, Jeniva worked with a Filipino family composed of three members: an elderly couple and a 15-year-old boy. The employer was living in a bungalow house with three rooms and two toilets. She was the only helper in the household and was fully responsible for managing daily chores and caregiving duties. Her primary responsibility was taking care of a 72-year-old bedridden woman, where she provided hands-on assistance such as helping with mobility, feeding, personal hygiene, and ensuring the elderly employer’s comfort and safety at all times. In addition to eldercare, Jeniva also handled household tasks, including laundry, ironing, and cooking, showing her ability to balance caregiving with household management efficiently and patiently.
From 2022 to 2024, she again worked for a Filipino family with a newborn baby who was residing in an apartment with two rooms and one toilet. Jeniva was the only helper and was in charge of all household responsibilities. Her duties included general cleaning, laundry, ironing, and cooking, while her most important role was taking care of the newborn baby. She assisted with feeding, bathing, changing diapers, putting the baby to sleep, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for the child. Through this experience, Jeniva demonstrated strong childcare skills, attentiveness, and dedication, especially in handling the needs of an infant while maintaining the cleanliness and order of the household.SkillsLanguage Skills English And Tagalog Evaluation
