  Mary Grace is 35 years old. She took up a Vocational Course in Computer Technician in the Philippines and a short course as a Nursing Caregiver here in Singapore. Mary Grace is married with 2 children, ages 10 and 12 years old. She wants to continue working here so she can support her children.
  Mary Grace is confident in taking care of young children, as well as cooking. She can cook chicken curry, scallion oil chicken, swwet and sour chicken, cabbage with minced pork, fried shrimp with vegetables, oyakodon, beef nikumiso, teriyaki chicken, pork gyudon, fried chicken, stir-fried vegetables, pasta, salad, soup, etc. Willing to learn and can follow recipes.

  Strengths
  - Reliable with housework — bottle cleaning, laundry all done well
  - Warm and fond of the baby
  - Learns fast - we trained her how to shower the baby, how to clean the baby and tidy up the baby area, and she was able to do
  
  Why not suitable
  - doesn\t know how to structure the baby\s day around wake windows/feeding/development time
  - can\t read baby\s cues e.g. when to tell if baby is too warm or cold, tended to overstimulate the baby, making judgment calls when baby wakes up in the middle of the night whether to sleep or feed baby immediately
  - I think she also will benefit from guidance on infant hygiene boundaries (kissing baby a lot)
  
  Some of these are trainable, but some just need experience and spending more time taking care of babies
  
  We think she\d do well with a family with older children, or one prepared to let her "practice" a bit on their baby to gain more experience, or if the focus is just on housework.
  
  Employer 2 05/06/2025 18/07/2026. Japanese employer. Taking care of 1 child, a 7-year-old girl. She sends and fetches to school, does apartment housekeeping, grocery shopping, and cooking. Reason: Employer wishes to reduce her salary from $800 to $700, so she decided to change employers.
  
  Employer 1 31/08/2023 05/06/2025. Chinese employer. Couple and 2 children: a 16-year-old daughter and a 6-year-old boy. Condominium house, marketing, and cooking. Early release of the finishing contract, and the employer decided not to hire a full-time helper, also because the employer went on holiday for a month.
  
  She also worked in Kuwait from 2019 to 2022. Her main job was to take care of 3 children. She took care of them since birth. Every year her madam gave birth. The newborns slept with her in the same bedroom, and she did the night feeding, milk, changing diapers, showering them, playing with them, etc. Both helper doing the housekeeping, but the other helper does the cooking. FINISHED CONTRACT.
