Aug 2023 - May 2025.Malaysia. For a Chinese family residing in a two-storey, six-bedroom landed property, consisting of two adults and a 94-year-old elderly woman.
Carol was responsible for a wide range of household duties, including general housekeeping, cooking, gardening, and pet care. She prepared a variety of meals such as soups, stir-fried vegetables, fried rice, beef steak, stir-fried chicken, and noodle dishes. In addition to her domestic tasks, she provided elderly care, ensuring the senior family member was well-fed, assisting with bathing and personal hygiene, and attending to her daily needs. Carol also cared for the family dog, who passed away a year into her employment. Her gardening duties involved tending to fruit-bearing plants such as papaya, tomatoes, avocado, mulberry, lemon, and pomelo, as well as cultivating sweet potatoes. She also handled laundry, ironing, and maintained overall household cleanliness and organization. Her employment ended earlier following the arrival of an additional helper.

Oct 2015 to Oct 2017 - Kuwait. For an Arab family residing in a four-storey landed property with 10 bedrooms.
