Her duties included full childcare that includes bathing, feeding, supervising the children, and sleeping with them at night. She prepared breakfast like sandwiches and fruits, and also packed their lunchboxes. In addition to childcare, she also assisted in caring for an elderly family member. Ruby performed general housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, ironing, grocery shopping, and car washing. She prepared meals, including kid-friendly dishes like fruits and vegetables. Ruby left the position due to a personal family emergency.
