  Mishelle continued working with this employer for seven years, starting in Malaysia and relocating with the family to Singapore. During this time, she cared for their child and was responsible for tasks such as preparing meals, assisting with bath time, getting the school uniform and bag ready, and accompanying the child to school.
  
  During our face to face interview in Manila, Mishelle shared that she enjoys reading and cooking. She can also cook Filipino food such as afritada, adobo, beef stick (jerky), minadola and so on. Through the interview, we found that Mischelle loves to smile.
