1.1 These Terms of Service, along with Bestmaid.com.sg's Privacy Policy and any additional terms, conditions, notices, and disclaimers found on any platform owned or operated by Street Pte Ltd, govern your access to and use of any Product (as defined below) offered by Bestmaid.com.sg (also defined below).
1.2 By accessing and using bestmaid.com.sg (the "Website"), you enter into a legally binding agreement with Street Pte Ltd ("we" or "us"), the owner and operator of the Website.
1.3 You accept the Terms of Service, including the Privacy Policy.
1.4 We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time by posting an updated version on the Website. Individual notices regarding these changes will not be sent to you. 2. USE OF THE WEBSITE
2.1 The complete details of Helpers' biodata, including the text, clear photos, and full data fields, are restricted from public access. Only registered employers can access from Employer Registration/Login to view clear photos and full data fields.
2.2 Only Employers can use Registration/Login to access Restricted area. Third-party website platforms are strictly unauthorized to register or log in via from Registration/Login without the written permission of Street Pte Ltd.
2.3 No part of the restricted Helper's biodata inside the Restricted area, accessible only through Registration/Login, including text, clear photos, and full data fields, may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, including extracting and parsing text, or any information storage and retrieval system, without the written permission of Street Pte Ltd.
2.4 When conducting any transactions with us on or in relation to the Website or registering an account with us, you warrant that:
· You are using your actual identity.
· The data provided to us is true, accurate, complete, and current.
· You will maintain and promptly update your personal information to ensure it remains true, accurate, complete, and current.
2.5 If we have provided you with a password or if you have chosen one to access specific parts of the Website, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and for all activities conducted under your account.
2.6 You agree to promptly notify us of any breach of security involving your password.
2.7 We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Clause 2.

3.5 By providing information and data on the Website, including agency profiles and helper biodata, we and our content providers are not giving or purporting to give, nor are we representing or holding ourselves out as giving professional advice. You agree that you will always seek relevant professional advice before making any decisions based on the information provided on the Website.
3.6 We may monitor or review any areas on the Website where you transmit or post communications to promote its efficiency, usefulness, and appropriateness of use. However, we do not undertake to monitor or review every posting or communication, and we disclaim any and all liability relating to this website, whether arising under copyright laws, trademarks, libel, privacy, obscenity laws, or otherwise.

4. INDEMNITIES
4. You agree to indemnify and hold us, our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, partners, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of any content that you submit, post, transmit, or make available on the Website, your use of the Website, your connection to the Website, your violation of these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and/or your violation of any rights of another party.
