Maid Introduction
She completed her secondary education through the Department of Education’s Alternative Learning System (ALS) in 2012. She also pursued vocational training in Caregiving and obtained her certification in 2025.
Currently, she works part-time as a caregiver and reliever while seeking another overseas employment opportunity to further support her family. As the sole domestic helper, she was responsible for managing the daily household chores, preparing basic meals, and looking after the children’s safety and well-being.
TAIWAN (March 2017–January 2022)
She worked for a Taiwanese family living in a three-bedroom apartment with four family members: an elderly couple, aged 76 and 75, both diagnosed with cancer, and their two adult children in their 30s. As the sole helper, her primary responsibility was assisting one of the adult children who had special needs and epilepsy with daily activities and personal care. She also assisted the elderly family members whenever needed and performed general household duties, including cleaning, laundry, ironing, and cooking. The elderly man had Alzheimer’s disease, while the elderly woman had diabetes. Working alongside five other helpers, she assisted with the daily needs and care of the elderly couple and helped maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the household. Due to the ongoing conflict and unstable security situation in the Middle East, she decided to return to the Philippines for her safety and peace of mind. She is capable of performing essential childcare duties, including preparing meals, feeding, bathing, changing clothes, supervising playtime, and engaging children in age-appropriate educational activities while ensuring their safety and well-being.
She is proficient in performing general household chores, such as cleaning, washing dishes, doing laundry, ironing, and cooking. Her caregiving experience has also equipped her with the skills and patience needed to assist elderly individuals and persons with special needs, should she be given the opportunity.
Regarding her cooking skills, she is confident in preparing Filipino dishes as well as simple Arabic and Indian cuisine. She is eager to learn more international dishes and adapt to her future employer’s preferences and household routines.
With her years of overseas experience, caregiving knowledge, and willingness to learn, Rowena is prepared to perform her duties responsibly and adapt to the needs of her future employer.
Upon selection, she will attend the required OWWA seminar and complete the necessary documentation and other applicable requirements of the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) before deployment.

FOR EMPLOYERS
1) Copy of NRIC or Passport
2) Copy of Spouse NRIC or Passport (Divorce paper )
3) Copy of NRIC or Passport of adult living in the employers residence
4) Copy of the birth certificate of the children living with the employer
5) Latest IRAS in come assessment ( Must be S$30,000 and above ) or sign declaration for MOM to check IRAS or Company letter declaring the monthly income , starting date , complete name , passport number /FIN no: and signed by a person I the company indicating the position and using the company letter head.
6) Copy of certificate of employers orientation for 1st time employers go to ( Website: http://www.sp.edu.sg ) ( Need credit card )
7) Employer to fill up information sheet ( details of residence and work information of employer and spouse ) and signed the service agreement with the agency.
8) FOR SPONSORSHIP APPLICATION Sponsorship Application can only be made if the employer has no enough required income and other adult family member in the same residence has no enough income. A sponsor must be blood related or by marriage to sponsor an FDW employer. ( Design only for Elderly employer not living with children )

FOR HOME LEAVE & PASSPORT RENEWAL :
- Copy of existing valid Insurance by FDW
- Copy of employers NRIC or Passport and Employments pass
- Employer Sign Phil Embassy standard contract and S$2,000 performance bond form ( Form with the Agency )
- FDW to fill up OFW information sheet and Phil health ( Forms wit the Agency )
- FDW To fill up passport application form and to provide 3 passport size latest photo wit collar shirt minimum ( For passport renewal only ) ( Forms wit the Agency )
