Poe Thi Han, being the oldest child, is frequently tasked with a variety of roles that require maturity and to be a role model; especially after her father's demise. Nwe Ni Hlaing is single and a Buddhist. She has Standard 9 education. She is the No. 3 among the 4 siblings, and 2 of them are working in Thailand. Her father had passed on.

She was an ex-Sin helper; looking after 2 young children, did the household chores and cooking, and completed her contract in 2024. Thereafter returning home to care for her mother after her hand operation.

Ni Hlaing is patient and caring, can look after the young and the elderly. She enjoys housekeeping; is a neat and tidy helper. She can speak and understand simple English, but she can speak Mandarin well, a language which she picked up learning from her Ah Ma in SG.
