Nay Za Aung has experience caring for an 82-year-old Ah Mah (semi-mobile with dementia) and an 85-year-old Ah Mah (mobile). She assisted with showering, preparing meals, accompanying them to hospital appointments, and pushing the wheelchair when going out.

Additionally, she cared for an 87-year-old Ah Gong (bedridden). She assisted with changing diapers, showering, feeding, preparing meals, transferring from bed to wheelchair, supporting him during short walks, and guiding him with basic whole-body exercises.

Apart from elderly care, she is able to do general household chores such as sweeping, mopping, cleaning, washing, drying, and ironing.

Nay Za Aung is able to cook daily Chinese dishes such as porridge, ABC soup, lotus root soup, old cucumber soup, bak kut teh, fried rice, fried beehoon, herbal chicken soup, tofu w minced pork, steamed/fried fish, chicken curry, kung pao chicken, sesame oil chicken, stir fried veggie, fish curry, sliced pork w ginger, lor bak, fried chicken, mac & cheese etc.
