Thet Mon Kyaw is single. She is a Buddhist and has completed her High School education. She is the eldest and has 2 younger siblings who are students. Her parents are rice farmers.

She was a helper in Myanmar; tasked with the household chores, marketing and cooking, and looked after 2 dogs. She completed her 2-year contract in 2022, then back home to help her parents and also to look after her younger siblings.

Thet Mon is a bubbly and interactive person, is a child's playmate and is always with a ready smile.
