Yamin Thu is pleasant and polite. She follows instruction well. She is patience in handling child and elderly.

She is a light sleep and able to perform night duties when needed. i.e. accompanying the elderly to toilet, changing of diaper, feeding and smoothing of baby.

During interview, we found her to be matured. When she do not understand the question, she asked for clarification.
