Rosita completed her secondary education at Ramon Torres National High School in 1999. She went on to pursue a degree in Business Administration but was only able to finish her first year due to financial difficulties. Despite this, her determination to support her family never wavered. Seeking better opportunities to provide for her son and her family, Rosita ventured abroad and started working as a domestic helper in 2005.

Her first overseas experience was in Lebanon (2005–2009), where she served a Lebanese family living in a 4-bedroom bungalow. She cared for two children, aged 12 and 8, and handled general household duties including cleaning, laundry, and simple cooking.

Rosita then moved to Hong Kong in 2009, where she worked with multiple families over the years:

From 2009 to 2011, she worked for a Chinese family living in a 3-bedroom condominium with two adult children. Her responsibilities included general household chores, marketing, cooking, and caring for a dog and a cat.

From 2014 to 2018, she was employed by another Chinese family with two children aged 14 and 8. She handled childcare, laundry, cooking, marketing, house cleaning, and even car washing. She was responsible for full childcare, household duties, marketing, and cooking in a 4-bedroom flat. She managed all-around housework and took special care of the baby, including accompanying the child to the playground.

With over 15 years of overseas experience, Rosita has grown to be a highly skilled and confident domestic helper. She specializes in caring for newborns to young children, including preparing meals, feeding, bathing, dressing, and providing educational and recreational activities. Her years of childcare have made her attentive, gentle, and nurturing.
