Background

Partini 35, married with a 12-, 7- and 2-year-old, and the 2nd child in the family of 3 siblings. She wants to work in Singapore to support her family and she is from Jawa Tengah, Indonesia.

Experience

2 years (2009 - 2011) as a helper in Malaysia.

Partini worked in a 3-bedroom house with 2-toilets, for a family of 5. Daily she clean and tidy the house, assist madam in cooking, wash and clean up the kitchen and utensils after use, do the laundry, ironing, car washing and she looked after a big dog.

3 years (2019 - 2022) as a helper in Semarang, Indonesia.

Partini worked in a 2-bedroom house with a toilet for a family of 3 including a 2-year-old child, and she looked after the child's welfare. She does general housework and cooking.

Cooking

She cooks Indonesian dishes, keen to learn to cook Chinese and various other dishes as well.

Childcare

She is willing to look after children / infants, and she looks after her own. In her previous experience, she prepared the child milk and meals, bathed and dressed the child, watched over the playing and safety, kept company and soothed the child to sleep, attended to and assisted in the child's needs.  

Elderly care

She is willing to look after elderly.

Pet care

She is keen to look after pets. In her previous experience, she grooms and feed the dog, and keep clean the pet areas.

Handphone

She will follow the employer's instruction regarding handphone usage. However, she will contact her family using her own handphone after work hour.

Any other usage arrangement is between employer and helper, this will be stated in the Job Offer.

Off-day

The helper is entitled to weekly off-day or at least 1 off-day per month and the other 3 working off-days, she will be compensated accordingly.

2 years contract

She is aware of the 2 years contract.

Recommendation

In summary, Partini is mature and ready to take on new challenge. Being a first timer in Singapore, it may not be easy for her to understand employer's needs, however, we believe with enough time, proper guidance and training, she will be a good help in your family.
