Hong Kong (August 2024 – July 2025)
She was employed by a Chinese-Indonesian family living in a four-room flat. The employer had a newborn baby in October 2024. Initially, there were two helpers, but the employer later decided to retain the other helper.

With her extensive experience, Cherry Ann is well-versed in general household management, including cleaning, laundry, ironing, dishwashing, cooking, and marketing. She is capable of maintaining a clean and organized home environment.

Diana Bolla is a new Indonesian helper from Rote, NTT. She was born on 24 January 1997. She is married and has one child who is 18 months old. She completed High School education. Diana can communicate well in Bahasa Indonesia and has a little understanding of English. She is willing to take care of children, do general housework, and cook simple Indonesian food. She is hardworking, patient, and willing to learn new skills.

Working Experience
1. Indonesia (2021 – 2023)
Diana worked for an Indonesian family for about 2 years. Her main duties were taking care of a 7-year-old child and doing general housework.

For childcare, she helped prepare the child for school, such as preparing meals, helping the child get dressed, and ensuring the child was ready for daily activities. She also supervised the child, played with the child, and made sure the child was safe and comfortable.

Uli Yatun is an experienced Indonesian transfer maid who has worked in Singapore for many years with Chinese, Malay, American, and European families. In 2025, she worked for a Chinese family taking care of two children aged 9 and 11 years old in a flat. One child was very active and required extra patience. She handled the children’s daily needs, cooked meals for 5 people, and managed general housework.

Later in 2025, she worked for another Chinese family taking care of an 83-year-old female elderly who uses a walking stick. Jeroe Ann Leonardo Arteza is a 28-year-old single woman from Mambusao, Capiz. She is the youngest of two siblings. Her father, aged 52, works as a cook, while her mother, aged 53, is a government employee.

She completed her secondary education at St. Catherine Academy in 2005. She later pursued a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Capiz State University, graduating in 2018. In 2025, she further enhanced her qualifications by completing a caregiving course, earning certification along with training in Basic Life Support, First Aid, and basic nursing skills.

At present, she is actively seeking employment while awaiting the outcome of her application to Singapore.

From January 2026 to March 2026, Jeroe Ann served as a volunteer caregiver at a home for the aged, where she managed a 1:7 caregiver-to-patient ratio. Her responsibilities included caring for patients with conditions such as stroke, dementia, and those who were bedridden.

She also has extensive domestic work experience in the Philippines from December 2020 to December 2025. During this period, she worked as a live-in caregiver for a Filipino family residing in a five-bedroom bungalow. The household consisted of two adults, three young children aged 10, 5, and 3, and a 62-year-old elderly patient diagnosed with lung cancer.
