Endang Ndaumanu is a new Indonesian helper from Rote, NTT. She is 26 years old, married, and has one child aged 3 years old. She is Christian and has completed high school education. Endang can speak Bahasa Indonesia well and has basic English. She is a small-built helper, healthy and willing to learn.

Working Experience & Main Duties
1. From 2025 to 2026, Endang worked in Indonesia with an Indonesian family. Her main duties were:
Taking care of an 87-year-old female elderly who uses a wheelchair

Assisting the elderly with daily activities
Cooking Indonesian food
Doing general housework such as cleaning, washing, and tidying the house
She has experience in elderly care, is patient, and can manage household chores properly.

Mary Grace Borres Pelaez is a 35-year-old married woman from Dumarao, Capiz, Philippines. She is married to a 39-year-old driver, and they are blessed with two children aged 15 and 11 years old. She is the third among six siblings, with three brothers and three sisters. Her 72-year-old mother manages a small grocery store, while her father is deceased. These circumstances have helped shape her strong sense of responsibility and determination to support her family.

She completed her secondary education at Don Felix Balgos National High School in 2005. She also took a one-year vocational course in Nursing Aid, which provided her with basic knowledge and skills in caregiving.

At present, Mary Grace is staying at home to care for her children and manage household responsibilities while awaiting the result of her application for employment in Singapore.

Mary Grace has several years of experience working as a domestic helper in Hong Kong, where she handled both household management and elderly care.

Hong Kong (February 2016 – April 2018)
She worked for an 84-year-old Chinese female elder living in a two-bedroom condominium. She served as an all-around housemaid responsible for general household chores such as cleaning, laundry, ironing, cooking, and assisting with the daily needs of the elderly.

Hong Kong (February 2018 – April 2022)
She was employed by a 53-year-old Chinese female living in a four-bedroom condominium. Her duties included maintaining the cleanliness of the home, laundry, ironing, marketing, cooking meals, and dishwashing. She demonstrated reliability and efficiency in managing household tasks independently.

Hong Kong (May 2025 – February 2026)
She worked for a Chinese family living in a five-bedroom condominium with an elderly couple. The male elder, aged 96, had hypertension and was a cancer survivor, while the female elder, aged 94, had dementia. She worked as an all-around helper responsible for household chores such as cleaning, laundry, ironing, and cooking. She also performed additional tasks like car washing. Her main responsibility included assisting the elderly with their daily activities, preparing meals, administering medication, and ensuring their safety, comfort, and overall well-being.

With her extensive experience, Mary Grace is well-versed in performing general household duties such as cleaning, laundry, ironing, marketing, cooking, and dishwashing. She is capable of maintaining a clean, organized, and comfortable home environment.

As a mother, she is confident in caring for infants and young children. She is experienced in childcare duties such as feeding, bathing, preparing school needs, assisting with homework, and sending and fetching children to and from school. She also has experience caring for her nephews and nieces.

She is also open and willing to take care of elderly individuals and is prepared to further enhance her caregiving skills to provide better support for patients with special needs.

She can cook Filipino dishes and is willing to learn new cuisines according to her employer’s preferences.

Mary Grace is described as hardworking, patient, responsible, and trustworthy. She is adaptable, willing to learn, and able to follow instructions carefully.

After selection, FDW will undergo a week of In-House- Private Training in Manila (Accredited by TESDA) then OWWA seminar prior to the processing of Overseas Employment Certificate for deployment.

Jeroe Ann Leonardo Arteza is a 28-year-old single woman from Mambusao, Capiz. She is the youngest of two siblings. Her father, aged 52, works as a cook, while her mother, aged 53, is a government employee.

She completed her secondary education at St. Catherine Academy in 2005. She later pursued a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Capiz State University, graduating in 2018. In 2025, she further enhanced her qualifications by completing a caregiving course, earning certification along with training in Basic Life Support, First Aid, and basic nursing skills.

At present, she is actively seeking employment while awaiting the outcome of her application to Singapore.

From January 2026 to March 2026, Jeroe Ann served as a volunteer caregiver at a home for the aged, where she managed a 1:7 caregiver-to-patient ratio. Her responsibilities included caring for patients with conditions such as stroke, dementia, and those who were bedridden.

She also has extensive domestic work experience in the Philippines from December 2020 to December 2025. During this period, she worked as a live-in caregiver for a Filipino family residing in a five-bedroom bungalow. The household consisted of two adults, three young children aged 10, 5, and 3, and a 62-year-old elderly patient diagnosed with lung cancer. Alongside two other household helpers, her primary responsibility was to care for the elderly patient. Her duties included assisting with mobility (as the patient was wheelchair-bound), grooming, accompanying medical appointments, supporting daily activities, administering medication, and providing full care when the patient became bedridden.

In addition, she supported the household by tutoring the children and occasionally assisting with school drop-offs and pick-ups.

With five years of caregiving experience, Jeroe Ann is skilled in handling elderly patients and individuals with special needs. She is also confident in childcare, capable of preparing meals, feeding, bathing, dressing, organizing educational activities, and ensuring children’s safety and well-being.

She is proficient in general household chores such as cleaning, laundry, ironing, dishwashing, and cooking. She is knowledgeable in preparing Filipino dishes and can follow recipes. She is also eager to learn and adapt to cooking foreign cuisines if given the opportunity.

Upon selection, she is prepared to undergo the required OWWA seminar and complete all necessary documentation mandated by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) for overseas deployment.
