Growing up in a modest and hardworking household, Hanshene developed strong family values, patience, and a deep sense of responsibility.

She completed her secondary education at San Matero Vocational and Industrial High School in 2007. She later pursued a two-year course in Computer Technology but was only able to complete her first year due to financial constraints. Despite this, she remained determined to support her family through honest work and continuous self-improvement.

At present, Hanshene works as a street food vendor while taking care of her children and managing household responsibilities. She is currently awaiting selection for employment in Singapore.

She is capable of cooking Filipino dishes and has a strong interest in learning new cuisines. She follows recipes well and is willing to improve her cooking skills. In addition, she is experienced in general household cleaning and has a genuine interest in gardening.

Hanshene is a responsible, patient, and hardworking individual who is eager to be given the opportunity to work overseas to support her family. She humbly seeks a chance to serve a new employer, where she can apply her childcare skills, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic in a respectful and harmonious household.

Upon selection, Hanshene will undergo a one-week In-House Private Training in Manila accredited by TESDA, followed by an OWWA seminar, prior to the processing of her Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) for deployment.

She completed her education up to second year high school at San Pablo National High School. Despite not finishing her formal education, she has built a strong career through her extensive overseas work experience. At present, she is spending quality time with her family while actively seeking new employment opportunities in Singapore to continue supporting them financially.

United Arab Emirate from 2007 to 2009, she worked for an Emirati family living in a four-bedroom, two-storey house. The family had a couple and four children aged 17, 14, 8, and 6. With two maids employed in the household, she was responsible for household management and assisting in caring for the children, ensuring their daily needs were met. She was the sole helper and managed all household chores independently, including cleaning, laundry, ironing, marketing, cooking, and assisting the children with their daily routines. The household consisted of a couple and a newborn baby. As the sole helper, she managed the entire household and assisted in the care and supervision of the baby. She was the sole helper and performed general household chores while assisting with the needs of both the elderly and the children. She was responsible for childcare and household chores, ensuring a clean, organized, and safe home environment. She is capable of preparing meals, feeding, bathing, changing clothes, organizing activities, and engaging children in educational and recreational play while ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
