Experience

2 years (2018 - 2020) as a helper in Jepara, Indonesia

She worked in a 2-storey house with 4-bedrooms and 4-toilets for a family of 2, and she looked after the welfare of a 76-year-old grandma, a mild stroke patient, walk slowly use walking stick. She does cleaning, cooking, laundry.

2 years 4 months (Nov 2021 - Mar 2024) as a helper in Malaysia

She worked in a 3-storey house with 5-bedrooms and 5-toilets for a family of 5, and she looked after the welfare of a 2-year-old. She does cleaning, cooking, laundry. 

Cooking

She cooks Indonesian dishes, keen to learn to Chinese and various other dishes as well.

Childcare

She is keen to look after children/ infants, and she looks after her children welfare. In Malaysia, she takes care of the child by bathing the child, preparing milk and food for the child, attended to the child's needs.

Elderly Care

She is keen to look after the elderly. In her local experience,  she takes care of the elderly, use wheelchair when going out, showering, change diapers, give medicine, bring to hospital.

Handphone

She will follow the employer's instruction regarding handphone usage. However, she will contact her family using her own handphone after work hour. Any other usage arrangement is between employer and helper, this will be stated in the Job Offer.

Off-day

The helper is entitled to weekly off-day or at least 1 off-day per month and the other 3 working off-days, she will be compensated accordingly. Any other off-day arrangement is between employer and helper, this will be stated in the Job Offer.
