In his caregiving experience, he fed them via NGT, bathed and changed their soiled clothes, checked and monitored patient’s vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiratory rates, assisted nurse on-duty in transferring, admitting and discharging of patients, measure and record patient’s food and liquid intake, oral, urinary and fecal output, maintained cleanliness and hygiene, assisted in their mobility, attended to and assisted in their needs.
