Growing up in a modest rural environment, Mira learned early the importance of perseverance, humility, and family responsibility.

She completed her secondary education at Don Eulogio de Guzman Memorial National High School in 2015. While waiting for her application to be selected in Singapore, Mira is currently working as a helper for a relative, ensuring she continues to sharpen her skills while supporting her family. Mira was responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their two-room bungalow home, doing the laundry, cooking, and attending to the needs of the children. January 2025 to the present, Mira has been working for a relative’s family in a two-bedroom bungalow. She cares for a 70+ year-old elderly woman who is still mobile, along with two adult family members. Her daily duties include cleaning, laundry and ironing, cooking meals, and assisting the elder with her everyday needs. This experience has strengthened her capability in elderly care, complementing her childcare experience.
