Radel Rivano Mangornong is a 40-year-old Filipino domestic helper with over four years of experience in housekeeping, cooking, and childcare. Radel is adaptable to different household environments and is willing to take on additional tasks such as gardening, car washing, and pet care. She is currently based in the Philippines and is available to start work immediately.

July 2021 to Dec 2021. She ensured the home remained clean and well-organized until her employment ended when the employer returned to India. Her responsibilities included childcare, ensuring they were well-fed, assisting in organizing their belongings, and preparing their school materials and uniforms. She also handled housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, ironing, laundry, dishwashing, grocery shopping, and cooking meals like fried fish fillet in sambal sauce, chicken katsudon, and fish beehoon soup. Additionally, she was responsible for car washing. Her employment ended when the family relocated to Malaysia. They lived in a three-bedroom HDB flat, where she shared a room with a 7-year-old child. Added attention is given to the child as he was diagnosed with ADHD and epilepsy. She also cared for an elderly woman in her 80s, after sending the child to school, Radel assists her with daily routine like simple exercises such walking inside the house or going out in the park on her wheelchair, meal preparation and ensuring she took her medication on time. Brings both elderly and child to their hospital visits. Her responsibilities extended to general housekeeping, grocery shopping, and cooking meals like steamed sesame chicken, congee, chicken teriyaki, and yam soup, ABC and lotus soup. She also provided pet care. She later learned that the child under her care had undisclosed suicidal tendencies, which contributed to the stress of the role. Radel left the position when the family relocated.

May 2015 to Feb 2018 Radel was employed by a Chinese family living in a 4 bedroom, landed property with three children aged 5, 3, and 1. She also does housekeeping such as doing the laundry, ironing clothes, washing dishes, grocery shopping, and cooking meals like as roasted pork, steamed pork belly, char siew, and steamed fish and dumplings. She also assisted with gardening and car washing. She completed her contract with this employer.
