Darren has over 5 years of in housekeeping, cooking, and caregiving. She has worked in different household including the Middle East and Hong Kong. Darren cooks a variety of cuisines, including Chinese, Indian, Japanese, Vietnamese, Italian, and Filipino dishes such as California maki, crab roll, biryani, kebab, sushi, kung pao, sweet and sour pork, pasta dishes, samosa, dal, curry, pumpkin soup, apple soup, braised pork, steak, banh mi, pho and bakes breads and cakes. She can follow recipes. She is also experienced both in childcare and elderly care.

In addition to supporting elderly care, she was responsible for newborn care like bathing, feeding, burping, and putting the baby to sleep. She also managed all household tasks, including cleaning, laundry, ironing, and regular grocery shopping. Darren prepared a wide variety of meals, such as Indian biryani, Japanese sushi, Italian pasta, Chinese dishes, and Vietnamese spring rolls. She also did car washing.
