Maid Introduction
She completed her secondary education at Agusan del Sur National High School in 2001. Motivated by her desire to pursue a career in caregiving, she later took up a Caregiving course and successfully obtained her certification in 2025. Through her training, she learned essential caregiving skills such as assisting patients with daily activities, monitoring their condition, and providing proper care and support.
Currently, Ms. Estipular is working as a hotel receptionist, a position she has held since June 2023. In this role, she assists guests, manages front desk responsibilities, and provides customer service. While continuing her work, she is also seeking an opportunity to work abroad and is waiting for her application to be selected.
Ms. Her responsibilities included assisting him with personal grooming, feeding, and ensuring his safety and overall welfare. She also provided companionship and supervision to support his daily routine. The patient eventually became bedridden, and Ms. Estipular was responsible for providing full-time care. Her duties included bathing, feeding, administering medications, assisting with mobility, and ensuring the patient’s comfort. She also performed household tasks related to the patient’s care such as cleaning the patient’s room, doing laundry, and preparing meals.
Through these experiences, Ms. Estipular has developed confidence in caring for elderly individuals as well as persons with special needs.
In addition to caregiving, she is skilled in performing general household duties such as maintaining the cleanliness of the home, doing laundry, ironing clothes, and organizing household items. She knows how to prepare and cook Filipino dishes and is eager to learn other foreign cuisines to better meet the preferences of her future employer. She is also willing to perform additional tasks such as pet care, gardening, and car washing if required.
Upon selection, she is prepared to undergo in-house private training accredited by TESDA, as well as attend the OWWA seminar, prior to the processing of her Overseas Employment Certificate for deployment.

FOR EMPLOYERS
1) Copy of NRIC or Passport
2) Copy of Spouse NRIC or Passport (Divorce paper )
3) Copy of NRIC or Passport of adult living in the employers residence
4) Copy of the birth certificate of the children living with the employer
5) Latest IRAS in come assessment ( Must be S$30,000 and above ) or sign declaration for MOM to check IRAS or Company letter declaring the monthly income , starting date , complete name , passport number /FIN no: and signed by a person I the company indicating the position and using the company letter head.
6) Copy of certificate of employers orientation for 1st time employers go to ( Website: http://www.sp.edu.sg ) ( Need credit card )
7) Employer to fill up information sheet ( details of residence and work information of employer and spouse ) and signed the service agreement with the agency.
8) FOR SPONSORSHIP APPLICATION Sponsorship Application can only be made if the employer has no enough required income and other adult family member in the same residence has no enough income. A sponsor must be blood related or by marriage to sponsor an FDW employer. ( Design only for Elderly employer not living with children )

- Copy of existing valid Insurance by FDW
- Copy of employers NRIC or Passport and Employments pass
- Employer Sign Phil Embassy standard contract and S$2,000 performance bond form ( Form with the Agency )
- FDW to fill up OFW information sheet and Phil health ( Forms wit the Agency )
- FDW To fill up passport application form and to provide 3 passport size latest photo wit collar shirt minimum ( For passport renewal only ) ( Forms wit the Agency )

MISCELLANEOUS PROCESSING :
