Engeline is a Filipino domestic helper with 16 years of experience working in Singapore for a Chinese household. She can cook Chinese and Western dishes and is able to follow recipes for various local and international meals. The household consisted of 3 adults and there was just one child who was 5y when she started work and two more children came along in the 16 years. She did not cook much as she would bring the kids to grandma's house during the day and on weekends, Engeline would cook meals like steamed fish/chicken, stir fry vegetables, fried rice, roast chicken, beehon, spring rolls, adobo, pasta bolognese, sweet 'n sour fish, chicken rice, steamed minced tofu with egg. She completed her contract after 16 years of service with the same employer.
