Eldercare:
Herlina has extensive experience caring for four different elderly individuals between 2019 and 2026. She is experienced in caring for both bedridden and wheelchair-bound patients and is able to transfer them safely between the bed and wheelchair. Her responsibilities included changing diapers, showering, feeding, medication management, and providing assistance with daily living activities. She is also trained in using a feeding tube and is familiar with monitoring blood pressure using a blood pressure machine.

Cooking:
Herlina is able to cook a variety of Western, Indonesian, and Chinese dishes. Examples include Ikan Pesmol, Rendang, Opor Ayam, Porridge, Pizza, Spaghetti, Yong Tau Foo, Steamed Fish, and other home-cooked meals.

Housework:
In addition to caregiving, Herlina is able to manage all household chores independently, including cleaning, laundry, ironing, mopping, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organisation of the home.
