Maid Introduction
MA. Growing up in a hardworking household taught her the values of perseverance, responsibility, and the importance of family support.
Ma. Fe completed her secondary education at Don Felix Serra National High School in 2007. Determined to further her education, she pursued an Associate in Information Technology at Southern Iloilo Polytechnic College – Miagao Campus and graduated in 2009.
After graduation, she gained work experience in various industries. These roles helped her develop discipline, adaptability, and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments. She dedicated herself to managing their household and ensuring that her children were well cared for and guided throughout their formative years.
Currently, Ma. Fe is a full-time homemaker while actively applying for overseas employment. She is awaiting the result of her application for Singapore. Her decision to work abroad is motivated by her strong desire to provide her children with better educational opportunities, financial security, and a brighter future. The household consisted of a couple and two children aged 13 and 2. As an all-around helper, her responsibilities included childcare, housekeeping, laundry and ironing, occasional marketing, and cooking. This experience further enhanced her ability to balance childcare and household responsibilities efficiently. Fe is highly confident in caring for newborns and young children. She is experienced in feeding, bathing, grooming, and engaging children in educational and recreational activities. Her maternal experience has given her patience, attentiveness, and a nurturing approach to childcare.
She is also skilled in cooking Filipino dishes and enjoys learning new recipes and cuisines. She can follow instructions easily and is willing to adapt to her employer’s preferences. In addition to childcare and cooking, she is capable of performing general household chores such as cleaning, laundry, ironing, car washing, and gardening.
Ma. Fe is also open to caring for elderly individuals and persons with special needs. She is willing to undergo further training, including direct nursing care, to better meet the needs of her future employer.
Upon selection, Ma. Fe will undergo a one-week in-house private training in Manila accredited by TESDA, followed by an OWWA seminar, before processing her Overseas Employment Certificate for deployment. Fe Sicabillo Medalla is well-prepared and highly motivated to work overseas as a domestic helper.

FOR EMPLOYERS
1) Copy of NRIC or Passport
2) Copy of Spouse NRIC or Passport (Divorce paper )
3) Copy of NRIC or Passport of adult living in the employers residence
4) Copy of the birth certificate of the children living with the employer
5) Latest IRAS in come assessment ( Must be S$30,000 and above ) or sign declaration for MOM to check IRAS or Company letter declaring the monthly income , starting date , complete name , passport number /FIN no: and signed by a person I the company indicating the position and using the company letter head.
6) Copy of certificate of employers orientation for 1st time employers go to ( Website: http://www.sp.edu.sg ) ( Need credit card )
7) Employer to fill up information sheet ( details of residence and work information of employer and spouse ) and signed the service agreement with the agency.
8) FOR SPONSORSHIP APPLICATION Sponsorship Application can only be made if the employer has no enough required income and other adult family member in the same residence has no enough income. A sponsor must be blood related or by marriage to sponsor an FDW employer. ( Design only for Elderly employer not living with children )

FOR HOME LEAVE & PASSPORT RENEWAL :
- Copy of existing valid Insurance by FDW
- Copy of employers NRIC or Passport and Employments pass
- Employer Sign Phil Embassy standard contract and S$2,000 performance bond form ( Form with the Agency )
- FDW to fill up OFW information sheet and Phil health ( Forms wit the Agency )
- FDW To fill up passport application form and to provide 3 passport size latest photo wit collar shirt minimum ( For passport renewal only ) ( Forms wit the Agency )
- FDW To provide or buy from the Agency return air ticket copy ( For home leave only )
MISCELLANEOUS PROCESSING :
Changes in residential address Employer to fill up form signed and copy of NRIC new address or copy of tenancy agreement for non PR and Citizen
Cancellation of work permit Employer to signed cancellation form ( Form wit Agency ) and hand over original work permit card and copy of Air ticket. Exit pass to fax / email to employer or hand over to employer.
